Three ways people walk in
- After surgery — yours happened here, and your therapist already knows your surgeon, your chart, and your plan before your first visit.
- Instead of surgery — the aching back, the cranky knee, the shoulder that's "fine": treated early and properly, many never need an operating room.
- Straight off the street — something hurts, you want it handled, and you'd rather not wait weeks for a referral chain. You don't have to.
Do I need a referral for physical therapy in Texas?
No — Texas allows direct access to physical therapy, and the law expanded September 1, 2025: you can now receive up to 30 days of treatment without a physician referral. (Insurance plans vary on coverage rules, and care past the window involves a physician — ours are down the hall. Our team checks your specific benefits before your first visit. What recovery looks like here
- Day one
An evaluation, not an assembly line
A licensed therapist assesses movement, strength, and goals — yours, not generic ones. "Get back to golf" is a treatment target here.
- The plan
Built with your doctor, not faxed to one
Our therapists and physicians share one chart and one hallway. When your plan needs adjusting, it happens in a conversation, not a referral loop.
- The work
Every tool in the building
Manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, laser therapy, fascia treatment (including Graston), sports massage, aquatic therapy in dedicated pools at Spring and Woodforest, TPI-certified golf performance training, sports-specific training, and a dedicated hand-therapy team (including a certified hand therapist).
- The finish
Discharged to your life, not just from care
Strength benchmarks and movement testing tell us you're ready — then you leave with a program to stay that way.
Why one-roof recovery matters
Rehab at a standalone clinic means your therapist and surgeon communicate by fax, eventually. Rehab here means the person rebuilding your knee's strength can walk twenty steps and talk to the person who rebuilt your knee. Three locations, all with therapy on site — and Saturday availability in Spring, because progress shouldn't pause for the weekend. Chiropractic care completes the picture: conservative care through surgery through rehab, one team.
The proof
Seventeen physical therapists, two occupational therapists, seventeen PTAs, and rehab managers at every location — a bigger recovery operation than most standalone clinics in Montgomery County, attached to the surgeons your neighbors already trust.
