- Send it any time from your phone or a front-desk computer. One request per change is easiest, but a long list in one request is fine too.
- Marketing batches them. Requests are collected and applied together in an update round, usually within the week.
- Nothing clinical goes live without sign-off. Bios, credentials and anything about a person get checked with that person first.
- Patients in photos need a signed consent. Use the consent form above before taking the picture. No consent, no post — no exceptions.
