Information you send us
Our contact and sponsorship forms ask for your name, phone number, email address and your message so we can reply. That information is delivered to the Sterling Ridge staff who handle inquiries and is used only to respond to you. Our website forms are not a secure medical channel — please don't include medical record numbers, insurance ID numbers or detailed medical history. For anything about your care, use the patient portal or call your office.
Appointment booking and the patient portal
Online appointment requests and the patient portal are provided by athenahealth, our electronic health record vendor, on its own secure site. Information you enter there is protected health information governed by HIPAA and athenahealth's privacy and security safeguards, not by this website statement.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, what kind of device they use and general (city-level) location. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. We use it to make the site better; we don't use it to identify you, and we don't send Google any information you type into forms.
